Exchange & Return Policy
We want you to feel confident ordering from AA Fashion. If an item is eligible for exchange or return, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- The item must be unused, unworn and unwashed, with its original tags and packaging.
- Unstitched fabric must not be cut, stitched, altered or damaged.
- Stitched items may be exchanged for another available size. Customized or altered items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect.
- Proof of purchase and the order number are required.
Incorrect, Defective or Damaged Items
Please report an incorrect, defective or damaged item within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or an opening video. After verification, AA Fashion will arrange an exchange, replacement or refund as appropriate and will cover the reasonable return shipping cost.
Change of Mind or Size Exchange
For an approved change-of-mind or size exchange, the customer is responsible for return and replacement delivery charges. Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. If a suitable replacement is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit. Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless AA Fashion sent an incorrect, defective or damaged item.
Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us promptly. Once an order has been dispatched, it must follow the exchange and return process above.
