Delivery Time
- Pakistan: Most orders arrive within 3–4 business days after processing.
- International: Most orders arrive within 7–16 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary during launches, public holidays, severe weather, courier disruptions or customs processing.
Shipping Charges
Available shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offer displayed on our website applies only to eligible orders and destinations.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
Order and delivery details are sent to the email address or phone number provided at checkout. Please ensure your name, phone number and delivery address are complete and accurate. AA Fashion is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
International Duties and Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local charges applied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price unless clearly stated at checkout.
Delayed, Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is delayed, lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and relevant photos or video. We will coordinate with the courier and assist you with the next steps.
